Mindful v. Mind Full
One of the most powerful investments I've made in myself in the last year was my time at One World Academy in India.
I learned powerful mindset and meditation techniques that have really supported me in all areas of my life in the past few months.
I'm also very aware of the power of mindfulness and the need to bring myself back to that place whenever I get distracted, overwhelmed, or stressed.
So when I saw this little cartoon recently, I re-posted it on my Instagram as a reminder to myself as much as anyone else.
