Nick Edwards is the founder and CEO of GradientOne, Inc. He also spent five years as a Submarine Officer on Los Angeles Class fast attack submarines. His insights around leadership are sharp and invaluable. He graduated with a BS in Control Systems Engineering from the US Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Harvard Business school, where he and Diego first met.
