If I have one thing to do in a day, it weighs on me all day long. Even if itβs something enjoyable.
There will be a kernel of anxiety in my brain all day, until the event happens.
In episode #5, I talk about this odd phenomenon. Having a dentist appointment at 3pm shouldn't mean I can't go to a yoga class at 10am! Why do I feel "so busy" when I'm not?
