Scientifically Proven Advice for Becoming Happier with Shawn Achor
I came across Shawn Achor's book
The Happiness Advantage because Danielle LaPorte mentioned it. Then I tracked down his TED talk. Of all the books I've read on happiness over the years, Shawn's book had some of the most practical tips on happiness I had ever encountered. Not only that, it was backed up by tons of research. So when I got a copy of his new book, I immediately asked his publicist if she'd be willing to let me interview him.
