When I interviewed James Altucher, he mentioned a friend of his named Kamal Ravikant and said. "You should have him on your show."  James introduced the two of us and I told Kamal I needed a few weeks.  I  got my hands on a copy of his book Love Yourself as If Your Life Depends On It,  and I emailed him back right away because I was so blown away by the book.  I felt the message of his words was so important that I wanted our listeners to here it sooner than later. Kamal Ravikant has been fortunate enough to have some amazing experiences in his life so far. He's trekked to one of the highest base camps in the Himalayas, meditated with Tibetan monks in the Dalai Lama's monastery, earned his US Army Infantry patch, walked 550 miles across Spain, lived in Paris, been the only non-black, non-woman member of the Black Women's writers' group, written a novel, held the hands of dying patients, and worked with some of the best people in Silicon Valley.
