My second mainstream book, the most raw, vulnerable, authentic piece of work I've created so far, comes out tomorrow. It's been five years in the making, since my big wake up call, and I've been writing and editing and preparing this book for the last two years. It's been an opportunity for me to face my biggest fears, go into the fire, and undo all the beliefs and behaviors that aren't serving me. I've learned so much in the process (and still am). I've had incredible conversations with men and women that have opened my heart and mind wide open. And now it's time to share these messages and this wisdom with the world.
