Rural tourism, Artificial snow in the Cairngorms, Anglesey sea salt, the Cost of wool

Farming Today

Tourism chiefs believe they can double UK income from visitors by 2025 - but will there be enough staff to fill the extra jobs? Artificial snow-making has begun in the Cairngorms for the first time, after a disappointing lack of snow last season. A couple from North Wales decided to make their own sea salt 21 years ago and now their Halen Mon salt is eaten across the world. And the cost of wool: Howard Mustoe has been to meet a Merino breeder on her farm. Presented by Anna Hill and produced by Beatrice Fenton.
