We have many different voices inside our heads.

Some tell us to do the right thing, and others don’t. Knowing which to listen to can become confusing in today’s age of distraction. That’s why everyone is meditating, to try to access some sort of unique thought that isn’t the byproduct of an Instagram or Facebook feed.

And if you're not meditating, then one of your meditating friends is prescribing meditation to you. It all makes sense that stillness of mind has risen as the self-help remedy to remove the Internet’s toxins.
