Shane Wall (@ShaneWallCTO) is HP Inc.’s Chief Technology Officer and Global Head of HP Labs. In this role, Shane drives the company’s technology vision and strategy, leads new business incubation and oversees the overall technical and innovation community. Before HP, Shane spent ten years at Intel. Based in Vancouver, Washington, Shane is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and has a B.S., Computer Engineering from Oregon State University. He holds multiple patents in the image and compute area. Carsten Sørensen (@verbalpiercing) is Associate Professor (Reader) of Digital Innovation at LSE’s Department of Management. He studies the complex impact of digital platforms and infrastructures on organisational design, innovation processes, and work.
