The Campaign for the Protection of Rural Wales says that an explosion in poultry farms in Wales is a threat to the environment - Steffan Messenger visits a poultry farm in Newport to explore the issues.
The Farming Today Future Food Award winner is unveiled at the BBC Food and Farming Awards on June 13th and the first nominee is profiled today - John Letts is an academic-turned-arable farmer who's growing ancient grains in Buckinghamshire to turn into heritage flours.
