Farming Today

A farmer who applied for the Countryside Stewardship Scheme more than six weeks ago is still waiting for the application pack. With harvest on the horizon, time is running out for him to fill out the detailed application form. A new five year pan-European project called POSHBEE has just been launched, which aims to take a wider view of the effect of numerous pesticides and parasites on the health of bees. And we hear about wildflowers at the National Botanic Garden of Wales in Carmarthenshire. Presented by Anna Hill and produced by Beatrice Fenton.
