We've been talking about all of this in public, but we're particularly curious about how these conversations are happening in private right now—at work, with friends, and in romantic relationships. And today, two of our listeners are giving us all a peek into how they're talking about this together.

Ryan and Alex are a husband and wife who live in D.C.
