Wildfires, Dairy and Brexit, Fodder Shortage

Farming Today

Farmers plough through crops to stop a large fire spreading across fields, towards a pig unit. A new study is warning that any trade barriers post-Brexit could seriously affect imports of dairy products. Following the hot, dry weather a shortage of fodder for livestock is taking hold across the country. As part of this week's look at intensive farming, we visit a large scale broiler chicken farm. Presented by Anna Hill and produced by Beatrice Fenton.
