Last Autumn the World Health Organisation released a report putting bacon in the same cancer risk category as cigarettes. One year on, has that report affected our shopping habits? Tenbury Wells in Worcestershire is the centre of the Mistletoe trade in the UK. Emily Hughes went to meet Mark Adams who runs one of Britain's largest online wholesalers. For the past 30 years goose farmer Bill Homewood has collected the feathers and down from his birds to make pillows, which he sells to his customers. We meet his birds.
