Since its inception in 2002, the FAME clinic has provided the city of Karatu, Tanzania, an unprecedented medical refuge. With over 22,000 clinic visits in 2015 alone, this rural clinic continues to thrive in the region. In this episode of BrainWaves, Dr. Michael Rubenstein ("Dr. Mike") discusses the development of a neurology program within FAME and how it offers patients--as well as resident trainees--an invaluable medical experience.
