WHO Special Envoy Dr David Nabarro and Charlotte Smith explore the future of our food systems, as part of BBC Radio's Rethink Week. Dr Nabarro discusses his views on supply chains, the cost of production, the environmental impact of food production and the need to ensure farmers receive a fair price for the food they produce. This is the first of six interviews about food and farming to be broadcast this week which will reflect a broad range of views.
