Farming Today

Fruit and veg farmers could increase their profits by 20% by getting to grips with how much of their crop is going to waste and why. We hear from a BBC Food and Farming Awards' Farming for the Future finalist on a cricket farm in Herefordshire. New cereal seed varieties have to meet the high standards needed for food manufacturing, as well as standing up to climate and disease challenges out in the field. Anna Hill has been to see how a 10-year seed selection process works. Presented by Caz Graham and produced by Beatrice Fenton.
