The RSPCA's Head of Public Affairs David Bowles, and Penny Middleton from the National Farmers Union Scotland share their views with Charlotte Smith, and Eddie Harper, the former Chairman of Road Haulage Association Livestock Transport Group explains the current rules. Paul Hammett, the National Farmers Union's water specialist gives his reaction to recent warnings about water shortage and explains what farmers are doing to conserve this precious resource.
