Caz Graham finds out what some farmers are doing to 'thrive' in 2017. It's the theme of this year's Oxford Farming Conference, one of the biggest events in the agricultural calendar. Young farmers' clubs in Scotland have been holding meetings to help members focus on how best to future-proof their businesses. Nancy Nicolson has been to the Borders to meet two young farming friends who've been making changes to their contrasting livestock and arable enterprises in order to make them profitable.
