Henry Dimbleby has been tasked by the Government with creating a national food strategy and Sybil Ruscoe asks him if it will tackle instances of animal welfare abuse in food production and whether it's feasible to create a strategy before the UK leaves the European Union. For farmland birds week Tom Barton has been to Northumberland's Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where they've collected five years of data on the birds in the area. Heather Simons has been to meet Fred Price. Fred has a mixed 250 acre farm in Somerset and has ideas for finding markets for heritage wheat varieties which he's discussing at an agricultural conference this week. Producer: Toby Field
