Dr Bryce Stewart from University of York tells Caz Graham why the environment may take priority over the fishing industry in the upcoming General Election. For the final installment of Farming Today's 'farming the seas' week Rachel Lovell has been to a trial seaweed farm that's been set up off the coast of Cornwall.
