The DEFRA secretary Michael Gove guarantees no chlorinated chicken in any US trade deal in his first meeting with the Environment Food and Rural Affairs committee, and outlines how he sees the UK's fishing policy developing after Brexit. Demand for organic food is rising rapidly in the United States and Sean Rickard from the Organic Milk Suppliers Cooperative explains why it's crucial that the UK signs a deal with the US to secure the future of the UK's organic cheese producers. Elaine Mitchell joins a group of farmers as they 'walk the line' in an abattoir in County Tyrone to see what happens after they drop their animals off, until it leaves as a piece of meat. Things are picking up in the dairy industry and David Gregory-Kumar has been to one of the industry's most important annual shows in Telford to find out why this has happened.
