Bird crime, World dairy summit, Exporting haggis

Farming Today

The RSPB's annual bird crime report shows that at least eighty-one birds of prey were illegally shot, poisoned or trapped last year. But despite that figure, there were no prosecutions in 2016. Anna Hill asks Mark Thomas from the RSPB what lies behind the latest figures. Continuing Farming Today's week-long look at how farmers and food producers may have to adapt to new trade conditions in a post-Brexit world, Conor Macaulay reports from the World Dairy Summit in Belfast. Meanwhile Nancy Nicolson finds out how a Scottish haggis producer has tweaked its traditional recipes so that it can export the delicacy to markets in North America. Presenter by Anna Hill and produced by Emma Campbell.
