Wales's commercial fishing industry risks being left behind in Brexit talks, because of its unique needs - according to a new report, commissioned by the Welsh Government. It says that while the priority for fisheries in the rest of the UK is greater control over seas and quotas, what the Welsh fleet needs most is easy access to EU markets.
